Description
• Develop and manage accurate demand forecasting and supply planning • Perform intermediate to advanced modeling analysis • Lead cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies • Communicate effectively with the executive team and external retail partners • Coordinate shipments and order fulfillment • Manage inventory levels strategically • Design and implement robust supply chain processes • Partner closely with the sales & marketing teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or planning within the CPG and retail industries. • Proven experience in managing forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. • Strong quantitative skills with intermediate to advanced expertise in Excel and modeling. • Exceptional organizational skills and a process-oriented approach. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Team mentality and a positive attitude; willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive in! • Experience in both a startup environment and a growth-phase company within the beauty and personal care industry is highly desirable.
