Description
• Provide expert privacy partnership and counsel to brands, with a particular focus on Hinge, Match Media, and performance marketing teams • Develop a deep understanding of brands’ technology, provide practical, innovative privacy counsel advice for high-impact product launches • Partner with Privacy, Legal, and business teams to find creative solutions to novel product challenges • Assist with the implementation and management of Match Group’s global privacy program • Join in tackling exciting privacy challenges and making a real difference in people’s lives
Requirements
• Law degree from a top accredited law school and eligibility to practice law in New York • 5+ years of experience in a top national law firm and in-house legal department, with substantial experience in technology product counseling in B2C digital industries (e.g., gaming, music, mobile, video, online marketplaces, social media). Experience with AI model development and deployment is a plus. • Excellent business communication and analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Keen understanding of and experience with global privacy laws • Independent and curious self-starter, capable of making decisions and providing advice in a fast-paced, changing environment. Positive attitude and ease in working collaboratively with both legal and non-legal team members.
