• This Account Director team lead will run a critical piece of business on the Corporate team, managing account team members and serving as a day-to-day client counselor. You’ll oversee the success of all client programming, manage complex projects, and lead and inspire team members. • The Corporate team is made up of brand storytellers, and is where creativity thrives. We pride ourselves on challenging and delighting our clients and ourselves every day. You are someone who loves to keep learning and will bring energy, passion, and an insatiable intellectual curiosity to the position. • Location: NYC/East CoastHybrid (Located in the NYC HUB with Be IRL 2 Days/Week)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience working in-house or at an agency • Experience managing a team of direct reports and/or mentoring junior talent • Media expertise and campaign development experience • Media savviness including corporate storytelling and consumer trends and culture • A solution-oriented and collaborative approach to all work, alongside an entrepreneurial and self- starter mindset • Excellent client relationship management
