Description

• Lead Sales activities meeting/exceeding annual targets. • Identify and develop new client leads. • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing customers. • Ensure in-depth client needs assessments are completed. • Lead proposal and contract process for customer satisfaction. • Work directly with stakeholders for effective project kickoffs. • Support promotion of MDC through marketing initiatives. • Assist in planning and commercial strategy coordination. • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge. • Collaborate to drive MDC's commercialization strategy for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Must have direct experience working in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) • Must have direct experience selling CRO services • Direct sales experience, required • Demonstrated consensus building and negotiation skills. • Positive team-player with strong desire to "win". • Proven track record closing new business and year-over-year sales growth. • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills. • Demonstrated commercial success. • Strong understanding of IVD required. • Up to 30% travel.
