• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, focusing on B2B lead generation • Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, guiding them through the sales funnel • Use tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and other reporting platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights • Conduct regular A/B tests to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign performance • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure they contribute effectively to pipeline growth • Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize performance and meet KPIs • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on B2B • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CallRail, and other relevant tools • Experience in demand generation and pipeline management • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversion • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
