Mento is a career technology company which delivers human, AI, and software-based coaching to increase everyone’s potential at work. We are expanding our sales team to focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, generate pipeline, foster community within the HR space, contribute to sales strategy, engage in cross-functional work, and think outside the box.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with mid-market and enterprise sales. • Experience selling into Human Resources/People departments, or similar functional groups. • Experience running end to end deal cycles, from prospecting to closing deals. • Identify as a hard worker and understand the hustle of working in a startup environment. • Experience working with modern Sales tech stack (Hubspot, Sales Nav, Apollo, Notion, Slack, etc.). • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment. • Passionate about career coaching and mentorship. • Strong communicator with internal and external parties.
