• Own the ongoing relationship with our customers after onboarding • Discover new pain points and needs to help customers use Metaplane • Deepen customer usage of the platform to grow accounts and develop advocates • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide customer insights

Requirements

• Data landscape knowledge: Understand how data engineers and analytics engineers operate • Presentation skills: Comfortable leading compelling presentations to various audiences • Curiosity: Proactive attitude towards learning and staying abreast of industry trends • Customer-centric thinking: Focus on customers’ success and happiness with the platform • Collaborative: Work heavily with customers and internal teams
