• Company enables frictionless, checkout-free experiences in the real world. • The Director of GTM Systems leads the strategic direction and manages all aspects of GTM Tech Stack. • Collaborates with sales and deployment teams to optimize Salesforce functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are required. • Proven experience 6-8 years Salesforce administration, development, and implementation, with a track record of successful Salesforce project delivery. • 6+ years of proven experience in progressive leadership roles focusing on Go To Market systems with experience with global sales teams. • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, features, and best practices, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing Salesforce initiatives from inception to delivery. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities and requirements. • Strong commitment to customer success and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and drive value.
