• Advise customers on developing and implementing sales engagement programs • Assist customer stakeholders in utilizing performance data • Prepare and empower customer teams to manage MindTickle effectively • Provide expert guidance on platform configuration • Cultivate trusted relationships with customers • Ensure swift time to value and successful deployments • Maintain records of project details • Conduct strategic guidance and planning workshops • Collaborate cross-functionally • Contribute industry expertise through content development • Provide feedback on process enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in project management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must be based in PST, MST, CST
