Description

• Provide front-line IT support to customers • Answer support tickets and assist with technical issues • Talk to customers to determine the nature of technical issues • Identify hardware, software, or networking issues • Provide resolution choices to customers • Assist with installing new hardware systems and software upgrades • Provide technical or operational training • Document issues and case resolutions • Work with engineering on escalating technical issues • Create and edit knowledge base articles • Collaborate on internal and external process optimization • Provide RMA / Warranty Parts Order Submissions • Triaging tickets to appropriate SME for action

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a technical support related function • Required passion and empathy to understand your customers and deliver to their needs • Previously demonstrated leadership qualities • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and relationship skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software • Excellent problem-solving skills • Degree in computer science or information technology (additional asset) • Fluent in additional languages a plus (additional asset) • Knowledge of the traffic industry (additional asset) • Tier 1 IT and networking support experience (additional asset)
