• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with Miter's growth objectives. • Manage quarterly review and feedback processes, ensuring that every team member gets clear, fair feedback and has opportunities to grow at Miter. • Design, implement, and oversee compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce. • Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes collaboration and performance. • Continuously optimize our people processes and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry and legal standards.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a rigorous, fast-paced role • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation programs and benefits. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
