• Own core business operations for Pipeline Generation/Growth collaborating with Marketing Leadership • In-depth quantitative analysis of operating metrics focusing on problem-solving and creating scaled systems and processes
• 5+ years of total work experience in an analytical role (Strategy, Growth, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting) • Expert proficiency in analyzing complex and large data sets • Working knowledge of key data enrichment tools or datasets for growth signals • Understanding of both enterprise sales motions and product-led sales motions • Fluency with core Go-To-Market operating and metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Ratios, and other Efficiency metrics • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines • Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth • Highly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact • Comfortable working with ambiguity • Demonstrable passion for the data analytics industry
