Description

• Flexport is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Marketing team. You will play a critical role in driving our overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution. • You will drive optimization and automation opportunities to enhance our lead conversion strategies and lifecycle campaign automation programs. • This unique role requires a blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Most importantly, you are a problem-solver at heart and you love tackling tough challenges and have a knack for leveraging data to derive insights and develop solutions. • Marketing at Flexport is highly collaborative – you’ll partner closely with teammates in Sales, Communications, Content, Design, and Growth. • You will work cross-functionally to execute marketing campaigns, maintain quality control, and derive insights from reporting and analytics. • This role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your marketing chops while making a significant impact on our dynamic Global Marketing team.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years' of experience in marketing operations or demand generation roles, with a preference for those with B2B experience. • Proven track record of driving marketing programs and campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, or similar marketing technologies to create complex email workflows, forms, and landing pages that drive impactful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting. • Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality. • A true team player mentality: you’re always willing to jump in and help out.
