Description

• Define and execute strategic and tactical research questions • Deliver high quality insights from research • Plan and conduct qualitative or quantitative research • Partner with other researchers, data scientists and analysts • Partner closely with design, product, engineering, operations, and care teams • Partner closely with stakeholders • Run and support research for critical initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of user research experience, conducting and leading research at healthcare or B2B/SaaS companies • Strong foundation in research practices and methodologies • Background in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience • Proven track record of playing both a leadership and supporting role in shipping great products to customers – from inception to launch • Experience collaborating with people across multiple disciplines/departments • Ability to communicate ideas both in writing and presentation formats • Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic • Ability to manage time and projects carefully and independently • Comfortable in ambiguity and enjoy driving towards clarity
