• Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with ModernFi's business goals • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. • Create and manage marketing content across various channels (digital, events, etc.) • Analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategy • Train and support sales teams on product messaging and value propositions • Maintain a high level of organization around marketing content and campaigns, and further marketing best practices (metrics, analytics, attribution, exposure, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS • proven track record of developing successful product marketing campaigns • strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • excellent written and verbal communication abilities • experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus • high level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practices • ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skill • excited by the prospect of life- and career-changing work in a startup environment • high EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure • interest in financial systems, markets, technology, and banking
