Description

• Own Perchwell’s go-to-market strategy and be the founding member of the GTM team • Create marketing strategies to establish Perchwell as a standout in the industry • Shape approach to competition, develop positioning and messaging, obtain and share industry knowledge, understand target customers, and support new motions • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Design, and Sales teams to drive product adoption

Requirements

• 4-6 years of work experience in B2B product marketing roles • Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS companies and/or startup environments • Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience creating slide decks, scripts, and campaigns for a wide variety of audiences within niche markets • Skilled researcher with the ability to assess and strategize around user needs and the competitive landscape • Metrics-driven and focused on impactful results • Strong understanding of and empathy for internal and external stakeholders and customers • Team player who enjoys working cross functionally • Self-starter who is wildly curious, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable leading projects, and encourages a growth mindset
