Description
• Assist in operation of a group home in Schenectady, NY • Provide oversight of daily operation, client services, staff supervision • Oversee client medication process, including medication supervision • Train and support staff in providing client services and counseling • Ensure stability and transitional support for clients
Requirements
• BA/BS in human services and 1-year experience in human services, or Associates degree in human services with 3 years’ experience, or Combination of equivalent experience and education • Experience working with mentally ill population, medication supervision, and residential experience • Supervisory experience preferred • Valid and insurable driver's license • Experience or education in crisis intervention and prevention preferred • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Organized with good time management skills
