• Assist in creating work orders. • Review and maintain all repair orders for accuracy and completeness. • Process records of parts requisitions, parts invoices, material invoices and outside labor invoices to ensure proper accounting. • Assist in scheduling of service work. • Keep the service manager informed on all work orders. • Assist with warranties. • Intermediary between parts and service, technician lead contact for parts. • Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products and service.
• High School diploma or equivalent. • One or more years of experience in a Service Writer position and/or service or parts department. • Great communication skills. • Familiarity with agricultural and/or construction equipment is a plus. • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Self-starter with attention to detail, strong organization, and is goal-oriented. • Comfortable dealing with the public. • Strong team player. • Able to lift 25 pounds.
