• Manage existing accounts and develop new business in financial industry through cold calling• Build relationships with existing consultants and industry leading companies, agencies, and brands• Collaborate with colleagues to expand existing business within individual accounts• Partner with recruiters to provide quality information on skills and experience required for job requisitions• Manage client relationships at the executive level and negotiate favorable agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree• At least 5 years experience in Outside Sales/Account Management with a Financial Staffing focus• Experience in an agency environment• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Familiar with Microsoft Word• Availability before/after typical office hours• Experience in service-oriented role focused on public needs• Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment
