Description

• The Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Ncontracts clients. • Execute project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones. • Collaborate with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion. • Provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements. • Establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients’ needs. • Address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. • Influence clients to help them understand and utilize Ncontracts for maximizing productivity, client satisfaction, and retention. • Lead the process of transitioning new clients to the Ncontracts product suite. • Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users. • Ensure clients’ requirements and business objectives are defined clearly. • Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite. • Proactively consult clients on best practices for implementation milestones. • Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for client needs. • Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts project management system.

Requirements

• 2 years prior implementation or training experience required • Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred • Knowledge or Ncontracts’ solutions a plus • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams
