Description

• Coordinate cisco network refresh project for hundreds of IDF’s across NYC, Brooklyn and Long Island • Ensure appropriate management of all aspects of the Project, Client, and vendor involvement throughout the life of the project • Project Management of the design and implementation of telecommunications pathways, spaces, and cable plant projects • Maintain cabling documentation • Provide detailed status reports to Management on a regular basis

Requirements

• PMP Certification desirable • RCDD Certification or willingness to achieve is preferred • 5 to 7 years’ experience managing mid to large sized cable plant technology projects • Experience managing Cabling, Circuit, Networks, Servers and Applications projects • Experience in delivering services to customers with a track record of exceptional results • Ability to communicate internally and externally on all levels and through all mediums • Ability to apply project management principles, processes and tools to effectively manage projects • Experience in maintaining cable management databases • Ability to read Architectural, IT and MEP drawings • Knowledge in penetrations and fire stopping • Very strong verbal and written communications • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and MS Project
