Description
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and deals • Work across the portfolio to advance strategy development and stand-up of Newlab in new markets around the world • Drive coordination and accountability across internal teams to maintain pace of execution • Manage key activities across the portfolio to ensure time is being allocated effectively against strategic priorities • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement new frameworks for collaboration, decision-making, and performance tracking • Serve as a critical liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing information flows and ensuring consistent strategic alignment • Organize and support the execution of high-level meetings including setting agendas, preparing briefings, and ensuring follow-through on action items • Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, reports, and presentations
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations within consulting, advisory, investment banking, venture capital or high-growth startup environments
