• Selling primarily Workers Compensation policies to strategic partners • Upselling P&C lines of coverage • Contacting prospective clients promptly • Educating customers on program benefits • Collaborating with referral sources and carrier contacts • Achieving monthly production goals • Maintaining a motivational sales culture • Completing other assigned duties
• 2-3+ years of Commercial Insurance experience • Prior experience in insurance sales required • A demonstrated passion for delivering incredible customer experience • Coverage level knowledge of most commercial P&C products • Active New York State Property & Casualty license • Proven ability to thrive in a team atmosphere • Working knowledge of carrier quoting systems • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • A humble spirit and commitment to ethics • Great organizational and interpersonal skills • Excellent communicator • BA/BS required • Genuine empathy for small business owners
