• Management of holding company owned and independent barter agency relationships. • Develop and implement strategic plans to scale existing partnerships and land new • Leverage Nexxen’s flexible end-to-end technology stack and differentiated offerings to build deeper partnerships • Lead and manage the internal communications regarding existing agreements. This includes providing guidance, training, and support as needed. • Collaborate with Nexxen’s Agency Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to maximize the value from our Barter partnerships. • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on Barter performance and initiatives.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing barter relationships within a media or ad-tech company • Strong knowledge and experience building and negotiating barter agreement frameworks • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets. • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams. • Comfortable with data, and telling a story with data • Well-rounded knowledge of the AdTech Ecosystem • Ability to successfully execute across teams and garner respect from internal/external stakeholders
