• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement • Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, positioning Notable’s solutions accordingly • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Notable product offerings and value proposition. • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead-generation strategies • Ensure all interactions and engagements are logged and tracked in the CRM system • Stay updated with the latest trends in the healthcare industry and sales best practices to improve outreach and engagement strategies continuously

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but optional • Demonstrated ability to be coachable and eagerness to learn and grow • Adaptable with a capacity to work in fast-paced environments • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach)
