• Actively generate new outbound sales leads via high volume calling • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as lead cold calling, to identify and qualify potential customers from a variety of different sources. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques. • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels. • Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients. • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. • The ability and expertise to handle the full sales cycle • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.
• 1+ years in Outbound Sales and/or operations roles. • High volume calling- 200+ calls per day • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development. • A hunter mentality • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoominfo. • Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs.
