• Perform routine checks and updates to ensure the LMS and e-learning platforms are running smoothly. • Provide technical support to end-users, including password resets, course enrollments, and troubleshooting. • Upload and update e-learning content and resources in the LMS. • Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion, and other relevant metrics. • Test new courses and updates for functionality and compatibility within the LMS. • Maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation. • Assist the Sr. LMS & eLearning Manager in special projects as needed.
• Preferred associate degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing or administering LMS and e-learning platforms • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective user support • Basic understanding of data analytics for report generation and analysis • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Familiarity with MS Office and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
