Description

• Review and reconcile multiple budget accounts within the TO, tracking expenditures, and keeping costs aligned with budgets on a monthly basis. • Facilitate the creation, execution, and renewal of vendor contracts within the department, ensuring all supporting materials are in order and deadlines are met. • Perform ongoing contract management duties which include tracking and coordinating adherence to Service Level Agreements, managing renewal dates and deadlines, and communicating issues and progress markers along the way. • Coordinate the annual budget creation process for the department, aligning with the timeline and requirements from Finance and Accounting.

Requirements

• 4+ years demonstrated experience supporting departmental budget and contract responsibilities required. • Highly proficient in Excel, with a proven track record of managing budgets, contracts, and vendors. • Be detail-oriented, time-conscious, and organized. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Be highly authentic, collaborative, and team oriented; demonstrating leadership skill, personal initiative and drive, and the ability to facilitate clear and open communication across AIP Publishing and AIP.
