Description
• Support ministry and business operations as a SaaS Administrator • Configure, implement, and manage user experience of SaaS tools • Oversee configuration, security, integration, and onboarding/offboarding of SaaS applications • Provide operations and request management support
Requirements
• 5 years of relevant and related experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/IT or a related field, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience in SaaS management systems • Building user applications using LCAP tools • Microsoft Sharepoint Site Administration • Understanding of access control configuration • Messaging platforms such as Mailchimp • Databases/data integration • MS Powerautomate (or similar tools) • Experience understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions in SaaS systems • Experience working with engineering teams • Practical experience working with Agile and Waterfall environments • Excellent communication skills
