Description

• Manage and develop relationships with major off-price retailers • Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demands to identify business opportunities • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop and deliver tailored product offerings • Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retail partners • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote products and build brand awareness

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the fashion industry • Experience specifically in the off-price market segment, with a focus on woven tops • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
