Description
• Play an essential role in ensuring all development projects are successfully completed • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on technical challenges and business problems
Requirements
• PMP or PgMP certification required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or other related technical discipline or relevant experience • Demonstrated long-term planning experience and execution skills in building a project from kick-off to close • Outstanding leadership, management and communication skills, including the ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently with track record of success in managing a portfolio of complex projects • 5+ years’ experience managing IT programs and projects in an agile environment with hands on experience as a program manager or project manager for software development teams • Experience managing data warehouse, data analytics projects a plus • Experience generating impactful reports, metrics and data visualizations using technologies like PowerBI, Tableau, Visio • Technical knowledge of architecture and agile development practices, experience with Azure DevOps a plus • Analytical and problem-solving experience and the ability to rapidly shift priorities as necessary is essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting and communicating complex concepts across all levels of leadership
