Description

• Lead order pulling, packing, and delivery route dispatching • Assist with inventory management, order reconciliation, and receiving • Collaborate with Assistant General Manager in directing day to day operations • Maintain an active workflow on the floor by prioritizing and assigning tasks to team members • Mentor team members and conduct training on the job to build a highly skilled department • Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics • Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team • Perform all tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an order processing fulfillment center • Knowledge of WMS systems and hand-held scanners • Familiarity with route dispatching and final mile delivery • Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory management • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team • Netsuite or Shipstation knowledge preferred
