Description

• Vendelux is seeking an experienced, insightful and hands-on Data Operations Manager with a strong background in driving operational rigor and excellence in managing external and internal data sources and workflows. You will be a key member of the Data & AI team working to build and scale operational excellence in support of our data acquisition strategy, leading and auditing our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data ingestion processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Operations or technical program management. • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred and/or strong background optimizing operational workflows involving data or content. • Experience in auditing and optimizing data ingestion processes. • Proven track record of delivering complex programs of data driven transformation with demonstrable impact in data operations and data quality management. • Advanced understanding of Jira or other project management systems and can refine and enhance ways of working. • Proficiency in SQL or utilizing BI solutions. • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security principles. • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in the data management space such as ETL, data warehousing. • Strong critical thinking and problem solving, leveraging data to articulate problems, develop recommendations, and measure performance. • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to navigate fast-paced and evolving product goals. • Thrive in unstructured environments, and have a knack for bringing order to chaos.
