Description
• The Program Manager I reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain. • This role engages with stakeholders to drive improvements, manage programs, and develop new solutions. • A successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and analytical skills. • You will influence colleagues across teams and manage complex business challenges.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5-years of experience in a technical support role or healthcare support role • 3+ years of experience in program or project management or related experience • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
