Support US site HR functions during fast growth at a global marketing tech company.

• Partner with the different teams in the US site and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Design, support and execute people-related strategy.
• Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with the HR Functions and Global HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
