Description

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned clients, becoming an extension of their marketing team. • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and marketing objectives. • Develop and present customized solutions leveraging the Optimove platform, with a focus on maximizing ROI. • Work closely with the CSM's to understand each client's platform usage, ensuring optimal performance and ongoing optimization. • Implement and manage client campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ongoing optimization. • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth. • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices, continuously enhancing your product knowledge. • Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with internal teams (Sales, Product, CSM) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the marketing technology (MarTech) industry • Prior experience managing a book of business greater than $2M ARR • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships. • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. • Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a smooth and successful contract extension process. • Negotiate contract terms that are mutually beneficial for both our clients and our company, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences across multiple industries and verticals. • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies. • Experience working with a Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms a plus. • A passion for learning and staying on top of the latest marketing trends.
