Description
• Enable growth initiatives through marketing • Create forecasts for planned initiatives • Identify new opportunities to achieve enterprise goals through marketing • Champion marketing led work streams resulting in increased membership, retention and consumer experience • Deliver marketing plans that meet or exceed stated goals autonomously
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of experience using data and analytical capabilities to solve business problems • 1+ years of experience with marketing measurement including a/b testing, campaign performance, forecasting vs. actuals • 3+ years of experience identifying new and innovative ways to solve problems through marketing • 2+ years of experience with channels - email, sms, direct mail, paid digital, website optimization • 2+ years of experience leading complex initiatives from concept to implementation • 2+ years of experience creating presentations and presenting to senior leaders
