• Responsible for driving the strategy and operations of a department
• Maximize value of programs and initiatives through relationship and operating models
• Ensure programs are cost-effective and high quality, with effective controls
• Report to the Vice President, Program Operations
• Design and lead strategy for key vendor partners
• Oversee evaluation of building internal capabilities or outsourcing
• Manage team and external partners to meet quality and performance goals
