Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, collections, and cash management. • CPG industry and customer deduction experience. • Proficient in accounting software, with experience in using NetSuite preferred. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
