• Synthesize concrete technical goals from end-state vision, mapping engineering strategy to granular team tasks and issues. Triage requests from users and stakeholders to create maximum focus for the team, while actioning items that need immediate attention. • Keep broad and complete state of everything involving or related to your projects. Pre-empt and resolve issues that may steer projects off-course. • Enhance cross-team collaboration, improve efficiency, and craft and implement process to enable team members to spend time where they are needed most. • Work with stakeholder teams on implementation and support of industrial security engineering outcomes.
• Active U.S. DoD Top Secret or active Secret clearance, with eligibility and willingness to obtain a TS or TS/SCI. • 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment. • Relevant technical degree or engineering experience (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering). • Ability to travel 10-25%
