Description

• Create a detailed technology roadmap that will align with our product goals and business objectives • Oversee the entire product development process, from initial idea to market launch, ensuring each stage is creative and effective • Keep up with the latest technologies to make Zing a leader in AI fitness tech • Build and lead a great team of 30+ engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence • Ensure projects are completed on time, efficiently, and can adapt to changing needs • Create a strong system for managing data to support decision-making and track performance • Make sure our systems are secure and meet global standards, protecting user data with the highest integrity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role within B2C sector • Extensive knowledge of technology systems, development methodologies, and best practices • Strong experience with AI and machine learning technologies • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead a technical team effectively • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading through change • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, adept at navigating the intersection of technology and business growth • Languages: English & Russian (fluent)
