• Overseeing daily sales activities • Meeting major clients/businesses/investors • Designing effective sales strategies • General knowledge of blockchain technology required • Setting and achieving sales goals • Identifying and developing sales plans and strategies • Monitoring the market and competitor products • Reviewing customer activity and improving customer satisfaction • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to leadership team • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships • Recruiting and hiring sales staff where necessary and developing training programs • Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials

Requirements

• Dedicated and analytical individual • Experience in sales and setting and achieving sales goals • Knowledge of blockchain technology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key customers • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to motivate team members • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
