Description

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Salesforce environment. • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity. • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, developing reports and dashboards. • Train users and provide support while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid to large-scale organization, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus). • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. • Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc.). • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus. • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Conga, or other middleware platforms. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
