• Traackr is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. • This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Salesforce and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred but not required. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals and concepts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. • Must have SaaS experience. • Based in EST.
