Description

• Responsible for developing long-term relationships with dealers and driving medical imaging software sales growth • Manage sales process to drive sales in dealer channel • Provide general administrative support to the internal sales team • Communicate with and ensure customer satisfaction for clients • Reach out by phone to make sales support calls to clients • Revise customer lists and ensure accuracy • Enter sales information into Salesforce accurately and timely

Requirements

• An undergraduate enrolled in a BS degree program with a major in Sales/Marketing, Business or related fields • Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field • Some customer service and/or sales/marketing experience with proven ability to build relationships with clients • Must be comfortable calling clients • Proficient in Microsoft office; solid excel skills • Must have strong organizational skill with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately • Ability to quickly respond to customer questions and emails • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
