Description

• Ensure operational excellence by performing core activities and reconciling daily trade processing/settlement • Formulate and deliver analytics and reports for management • Improve existing procedures and create more efficient ones • Participate in new launches, trading with new counterparties, and new markets/products • Manage operational relationships with brokers and fund administrators • Lead efforts to manage data, visualization tools, and analytics • Prototype new tools to facilitate structuring and analyzing post-trade-related data

Requirements

• Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving • Proven ability to resolve sophisticated issues and advance multifaceted projects • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experienced with data management, structure, and visualization tools • Ability to synthesize details for a senior audience • Skilled in SQL, programming and/or other technical areas • Knowledge of the trade lifecycle is a plus • 5-7 years of professional experience; interest in finance is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
