Description
• Be involved in the full cycle of improvement projects • Understand and define problems facing a company • Develop and implement solutions • Measure the impact of changes • Work with management and C-level to advise and assist • Deliver clearly defined improvements, typically cost reduction or revenue enhancement • Challenge conventional thought and offer innovative solutions • Analyze work processes, systems, and organizational functions • Train client individuals in management systems and techniques • Prepare and conduct meetings and interfaces • Prepare written and oral feedback, documentation, and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, engineering, or related disciplines • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Ideally experience in management consulting, program management, or project management • Right to work in the United States • Analytical, Creative Thinking, Assertive, multi-tasking, and the ability to perform under pressure • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Experience within the oil and gas, mining, production, and related heavy engineering industries would be preferred • Ability to travel locally and abroad • Immediate starter preferred
