Description

• The mission of the Field Sales Representative (FSR) is to support the business development team and our key partners by ensuring a best in class customer experience at assigned locations throughout our Costco roadshow program. • As a Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will be the face of our brand, engaging with Costco members to provide captivating product demonstrations. • Your mission will be to showcase the unique benefits of Lomi and ultimately drive increased sales at events within your assigned territory. • This role will also support our sales organization in a variety of capacities and will be a key contributor in facilitating the growth and scaling of the program. • The ideal candidate would bring their genuine excitement for Lomi’s mission into each event, sharing the possibility of a waste-free future with shoppers. • Compensation will be hourly plus uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in sales (experience at Costco or other retail a plus!) • Must be friendly, energetic, outgoing, and a “people-person”. • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven. • Must possess exceptional communication skills. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to drive with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) • Ability to stand for long periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for booth set-up/breakdown • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
