Description
•The Controller will manage financial operations. •Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP. •Supervise the accounting team. •Oversee daily accounting operations. •Perform reconciliations of accounts. •Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. •Ensure compliance with financial regulations. •Support financial analysis and reporting. •Coordinate internal and external audits. •Implement and maintain internal controls. •Support tax return preparation.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience •CPA certification preferred •8+ years of progressive accounting experience •Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements •Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite •Experience in a startup environment is preferred •Experience implementing a new ERP system is preferred •Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills •Strong attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
