Description

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, breaking down tasks and guiding the team for efficient execution. • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive and implement client changes, ensuring timely delivery. • Oversee the implementation of new clients onto the platform, ensuring seamless onboarding. • Set clear expectations, provide regular updates, and promptly address concerns with all stakeholders. • Track project progress, identify potential issues early, and make necessary adjustments. • Track and evaluate project outcomes to ensure they meet client expectations and drive improvements. • Lead internal teams with focus on organization, motivation, and risk management. • Continuously refine processes for greater efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or similar • 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, product development, product management, or a similar role. • Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-driven change initiatives within a structured project management framework. • Strong technical background with experience building software using agile scrum methodologies and working directly with engineering teams. • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate internal teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and effective messages to a variety of stakeholders with a bias towards documentation. • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently to achieve outcomes, demonstrating a high-agency, results-oriented mindset. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, capable of balancing precision with productivity. • Experience in highly regulated or complex environments is a plus. (Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, etc)
